Wash and peel the Potatoes. Cut them into very fine cubes. It is an important step in my recipe. However you can cut them in your own way.

Heat Oil in a cooking pot. Add Cumin Seeds and Green chillies to it. Now add and saute sliced Onions until translucent. Now add the rest of the spices and the Potato cubes.

Cover and cook on low heat. It is done very quickly in about 20 minutes or a little more. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot as a delicious side dish to many meals.
