Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.)can black beans
  • 1 (15 oz.)can red kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz.)can cannelini beans
  • 2bell peppers
  • 1/2red onion chopped
  • 1minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh lime juice some zest too if you like
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
  • 1small bunch of cilantro
  • to tasteChili powder and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Rince beans add in glass bowl

  2. 2

    Chop peppers onion and garlic, mix in

  3. 3

    Make the dressing an toss well

  4. 4

    Add cilantro and chili powder and pepper

  5. 5

    Better if made night before

  6. 6

    Serve with tostitos and look out there will not be leftovers. Enjoy
