Take a big bowl add flour,add onions,capsicum,and leftover daal and sbji...and green chilli add fresh coriander leaves finely chopped...now add all.the.spices and bu adding little water knead a semi.hard dough and apply ghee over it and let it rest for half hour...

Now take a ball.out of it and roll it thick and not in very big size..

Now heat the tawa,,and add ghee on it and cook the paratha coin on medium flame until get crisp from both the sides..

Ur leftovers paratha coins are ready...serve with curd dip,any daal.or sbji or with tea as a snack...it's so.delicious...
