Ingredients

  • 2dry papadum
  • 1/2red onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Chillies (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the papadum, once fried, put it in to the plate, let the oil drain out from the papadum.

  2. 2

    Very finely chopped the onion and tomato. De seed the tomato. Put lemon juice and pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Serve the onion and tomato salsa on top of the papadum and enjoy.
