Wash the mangoes, peel and cut into pieces. Put in a blender and add milk and blend.

In a wok add the mangoes and add sugar. Heat in low flame and keep stirring to dissolve the sugar

Add grated coconut and add saffron with milk. Stir for 15 mins until the mangoes becomes firm

Keep stirring and don’t let the bottom burn for 15 mins

Once it becomes a little firm add cardamom powder
- 6
Keep stirring further and set aside. In a baking sheet add the mango-coconut mix. Spread well and set aside.

After setting for 45 mins, and cooled cut into shapes and enjoy
