First of all take bowl add 2 cup semolina (rava) then add 1 cup of yoghurt and 1 boil mash potato.

Then add salt as required,ginger garlic paste, pavbhaji masala,garam masala,red chilli powder, crushed kasturi methi powder,1 grated cheese cube,2 tsp cornflour,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,finely chopped coriander leaves, and mix all the ingredients well.

Then take plate grease it with oil the put the batter in the plate add freeze it for 10 to 15 min.

After 10 to 15 min remove the plate from freeze and put some oil in your hand and give square shape to the batter and cut it into the pieces then grease the upper portion of cracker with little bit of oil then take a fock and press it on the piece and you will see the straight lines on the cracker.In these way make all the cracker.

Then at last put pan on gas put oil in the pan it heat the oil on the high flame and dip fry all the cracker in the oil.Finely ready to serve with tomato ketchup ar green chutney.
