Marinate the chicken with curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 30 mins

Put the marinated chicken on the pan and fry for 15 mins.

Then put the half fried chicken on a grill and keep on the gas.

While frying on the grill put the leftover marinated masala on the pan let it boil and then add vinegar.

Keep the fried chicken aside and then add the leftover marinated masala on it.
