Take a bowl, combine chicken lollipops and then add ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Now Heat Sufficient oil in a pan.

Take a bowl, add maida, red chilli powder, salt, cornflour and little water and mix well till a thick batter is formed.

Now, dip marinated chicken lollipops in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Garnish with carrot and cabbage.

Serve hot with chutney.
