  • 6eggs (whisked)
  • 330 gPlain Flour (Sieved)
  • 30 gMilk
  • 15 gBaking Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the butter and sugar together until sugar is completely incorporated

  2. 2

    Fold through remainder of ingredients until completely incorporated

  3. 3

    Using ice cream scoop fill the paper moulds

  4. 4

    Bake at 180oC for 14 minutes
