Chinese dishes are very popular now a days. If we want to change our taste we can make vegetable noodles or veg chow mein.

Put your noodle in hot water and add 1 table spoon butter in it. Cook 80 % and then drain it.

Cut the vegetable into long pieces. Take pan put refined oil in it. After hot the oil put onion in it than add garlic in it afer few seconds mix the vegetables in it.

Don't overcook vegetable. Add soya sauce, vinegar, red sauce in it. You can also add chilli sauce and green sauce also if you want spicy.

Add noodle and mix your noodles with vegetables properly. Now your tasty noodles are ready serve hot.
