Cinnamon Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Tacos
I had made a separate recipe for the taco shells because I thought this recipe was just a little too long that and you could do other things with these taco shells.
I had added blueberries in here as optional add to the top with the strawberries because it could be more festive like the Fourth of July. I saved whatever cinnamon sugar mixture I had left over from making the tacos shells and put a pitch on top of the fruit.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla for a couple of minutes, until smooth.
Transfer cream cheese mixture into a piping bag to easier fill the tacos.
Dice strawberries into small pieces and mix them with 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Cool cinnamon taco shells to room temperature and fill them with cheesecake filling and strawberries and blueberries notes- Iam adding Cut up banana to mine because I have some bananas.
