Chocolate flavor chikki easy to cook and yummy. On this chocolate day I want to experiment some things new with chocolate. And as I am thinking what to cook new, as I open my refrigerator I saw chocolate powder and peanut. So, I plan to cook something from it and it comes out super.

1/2 cupsugar
1 tbspchocolate powder
1 tsp ghee

First dry roast peanut and remove it's skin. Don't let roast peanut to golden brown and by rubbing roasted peanuts between cotton cloth it's skin will easily get removed.

In a pan take sugar heat it on low flame and let it get caramelized. As the whole sugar got melt add choco powder and mix it well. Now add peanut and mix well. switch off flame.

Grease dish with ghee and take whole mixture on dish and flattered it in round. After it cools down cut it into peace's and serve it.
