Ingredients

3-4 servings

500 gmall-purpose Flour/ Maida
To tastesugar
1 pinchsalt
3 tspbutter
1/2 cupcurd
1 tsp baking powder
4 tspmilk
1/2 tspbaking soda
As neededoil for frying
1/2 cupchocolate sauce
as neededsweet candy for garnishing
For chocolate sauce
1 tspbutter
1 cupmelted chocolate

Steps

Take a bowl.add maida and all dry ingrdients.mix them properly.

Now mix all wet ingredient.mix properly.

Mix both ingredients.Make a nice dough.knead the dough with your palm.rest it for 45 min.

Then again knead it.Roll it and make a donut shape.

Heat a pan at low to medium flame.fry them till golden brown.

Now in a bowl take chocolate sauce.dip half portion of donut in it.garnish with candy or white sauce.
