Yakisoba noodles are one of the most popular dishes in Japan. These noodles, originally from China, are stir-fried with vegetables, a protein, and the star ingredient: yakisoba sauce. This sauce has a complex flavor, balancing salty and sweet, and is made from a mix of Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and tomato sauce or ketchup. While we've prepared yakisoba with chicken, you can use pork, beef, squid, or shrimp—every option is delicious! This is one of those easy dishes that will surely win over everyone's hearts, even the little ones or those hesitant about exotic flavors.
