Irish potatoes with vegetable sauce

Peel, wash and chop irish into desired shape.

Fry Irish till it's well cooked and crispy.

Blend pepper, tomatoes, onion.

Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, mixture of pepper, fry to remove sour taste. Add stock cubes, Curry powder, salt, chopped ugu.
