A lovely recipe with Capsicum and Mutton Mince that is absolutely my way of doing it. Infact this is the most loved dish at home on every weekend at breakfast. This is also a lovely way of feeding green vegetables to your kids with the help of this amazing fusion. They will never lose out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Hence this gives a complete fulfilment of their daily requirements of these important and basic nutrients. I always make it a point to give them a balanced meal combined of all essential nutrients that helps them to grow up in a healthy way.

Steps

Heat Oil in a pan and saute Green Chillies, Onions and Ginger garlic paste on a low heat. Do not increase the heat.

After the Onions get translucent done, add Mince and the other ingredients as well. Add Salt too according to one's own taste. Add all the mentioned spices too. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Do not add water.

After 15 minutes, add Capsicum Cubes and Green Peas if adding. Mix well and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Do not cook much as the Capsicum should retain it's crunch yet it shouldn't be raw. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot alongside any meals of the day.
