Beat eggs and gradually add sugar, add half of the milk and the melted butter to the egg mixture and stir well

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the egg mixture

Then gradually stir in the remaining milk to form a smooth mixture

Grease your pan and drop spoonful of dough mixture.

Turn once the top is full of air bubbles and bake on the other side.

Once cooked sprinkle your minced bacon and cheese on top then place in Mircowave for 30mins for the cheese to melt.

Then yummy you dig in with a nice cup of tea or your preferred drink.
