Millet is very healthy and staple diet of people of Gujarat.It's also advised for weight loss.
Steps

Take millet flour in a big bowl add salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Knead a soft dough by adding little water at a time.

Apply some oil to smoothen dough and than take a ball size dough on greased palms. Give it a flat roti shape by patting with your fingers.

Place it on hot tawa / pan and roast it / cook it on both the sides evenly by flipping it every few seconds untill cooked well.

Once cooked well remove it in a plate.apply some desi ghee and serve hot with curd or pickle or any vegetable.
