An innovative twist and a new variety of Chilli Cheese Bread with the introduction of Thyme or Za'atar spice blend. This is an excellent herb for making Sandwiches, Toasts, Salads and Delicious Spreads. I have incorporated it in the Sandwich which is every kids favourite choice.

1/4 cupCheddar Cheese Blend

Toast your Bread Slices with a little Butter or just as is. Top with Cheese Blend, Thyme and Red Chilli flakes

Cover it and cook just until the Cheese melts on a low heat. That's it. As simple as that. Enjoy!
