Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic till light brown.Add chopped onion and fry till transparent.Add chopped beans and carrot.Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper and saute.Add chopped capsicum and cucumber and saute.Set aside.

Boil 2 cups water.Break noodles into 4 pieces.Add it to the boiling water.Add hot garlic sauce.Add the sautéed vegetables.Dilute soup powder sachet in noodles pack with little water so that no lumps are formed.Add this to the noodles and cook till all the veggies and noodles are properly done.

Serve hot an appetizing bowl of piping hot soupy noodles in breakfast, evening snack or as a substitute for any meal.
