Garlic shrimp and bread

Ingredients

2 full servings or 4 appetizers
  1. 1 lbshrimp (I prefer red royals or Argentinian
  2. 2lemons
  3. 8 tbspbutter
  4. 1 cupwhite wine
  5. 5large garlic cloves minced
  6. 1 cupChicken stock or bone broth
  7. Cilantro
  8. Crushed red pepper(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add some evo to a pan and heat. Salt and pepper the shrimp and sear for a 2 to 3 minutes or until pink, remove from the heat

    Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, couple minutes

  3. 3

    Add the wine and reduce by half

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock and lemon and reduce by half. Season with salt and add some fresh cilantro to taste, crushed red pepper if you want spice

  5. 5

    Remove the sauce from the heat and add the butter until melted. Add the shrimp and toss well, Serve with bread and lemon slices.
