Add 1/2 cup ghee and safe 2tbs of ghee and then add besan and mix/roast it for 20 mins on low flame and then add 1tbs ghee and mix it for 5 mins and then again add 1tbs of ghee and mix it for 5 mins finally add 1tbs water mix it qnd transfer in a tray and let it be cool I
