1/2 packet noodles
1chopped onion
1chopped capsicum
1chopped carrot
1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
2 tbsptomato ketchup
1/2 tbspvinegar
1/4 tbspblack pepper powder
2 tbspoil
to tasteSalt
For Decoration
1 cupMashed rice
As neededCloves for eyes
2Green and red chilli for nose
5-6Tomato slice for cap

Take water in a vessel and boil it. Now add salt, oil and noodles to it. When noodles become partially cooked switch off the gas. Now rinse the noodles with cold water.

Take oil in a pan and add all chopped vegetables to it and saute it.Now add green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar to it. Now toss noodles to it and sprinkle black pepper powder to it.

Now for decoration take mashed rice and shape it in oval shape.Make eyes, nose and all detailing with the help of veggies.Noodles nest is ready for kids.
