Soya keema masala with pav

Wash and soak the soya granules in hot water. Soak red Kashmiri chillies in water.

Deseed the kashmiri chillies and grind onions, garlic, ginger and kashmiri chillies to a fine paste. Make tomato puree.

Heat oil and saute the paste. Add tomato puree. Cover and cook till oil separates.

Add the dry spices. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

After soaking the granules for 10-15 minutes, remove from the water and allow the water to drain off completely.

When the masala cooked well add the soya granules and add little water and cook.

When done serve it with pav/roti, onions and lime.
