In a pot, heat some olive oil and add the onion. Cook until golden. Then add the garlic and the ginger and let it cook for a few minutes.

Add the spices and let them toast for a few seconds.

Add the chickpeas and the coconut milk and cook for 10/15 minutes.

While cooking the curry, boil some water with the cloves and cook the rice
- 5
Serve the rice with the curry
