Steps

Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, soda, sugar 1 teaspoon oil and mix all these well and add curd, pour water mix and make soft nonsticky dough knead it well for about 5 to 6 mints. until the dough turns very soft, add few drops of oil and smear well. Cover with a moist cloth and set aside for 1hour.

Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic. Add chilli flakes. Add onions saute until they turn golden, add tomatoes, salt, sugar and capsicum. Cook covered until mushy.

Mash the sauce to make it uniform it using tomatoes add crushed pepper when the sauce turns thick and saute on high flame. Just for 1 to 2 minutes.

Rolling to chapati that is slightly thicker.

Heat the tawa when it turns very hot, transfer the roti. Keep the flame on medium heat. Roti cook until the base puffs up lightly and cooks completely with brown spots.Flip it smear some oil.

Add sauce and spread, sprinkle cheese. Add boiled egg slices, capsicum slices and red chilli flakes. Cover and cook until the cheese melt. Cut the tawa pizza and serve.
