Homemade bbq chicken sizzlers

Take chicken marinate with bbq sauce,red chilli flakes and oregano marinate for 2 hours then grill it.

Then take pan put some garlic butter and put some veggies, just toss and remove in 5/7mins.

Then take the same grill pan put some garlic butter put the boiled hakka noodles add soya sauce some salt, toss and remove.

Then take same pan put some butter add some carrom seeds then put some coriander leaves soya sauce and 2tsp of kissan schezwan sauce, hot and sour sauce, mix everything toss it and remove.

Then at last take the same pan put some plain butter crackle ginger garlic saute it till the rawness smell goes then put sliced capsicum and diced onion and saute then take water put cornflour mix and put it in that gravy till it becomes little thick if you feel that it's thicker add water accordingly consistency should be gravy type cook it and switch off the flame.

Then finally take sizzler plate it hot on that drizzle some butter, and cabbage leaves then on it put a bowl of rice, noodles some tossed veggies and a hot gravy and garnish with some coriander leaves.
