Steps

Soak Semolina, poha and curd for 10 minutes.

Heat oil and add, cuminseeds, chopped curry leaves, turmeric powder, Garam masala and add all vegetables. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add this all vegetables in batter and mix well. Heat appe pan add little oil in all cavity.

Add soda and required water in batter mix well.Pour batter in appam Pan and cover with lid then after 2 minutes flip all appam and cook another side.when cook both side and look golden brown then serve hot with Green chutney or tomato sauce
