Personal chili blend. I've tinkered with it over time and come up with something the hubby absolutely loves. I use this to make my "Chilly Chili", on my profile. :) StephieCanCook -

Chili Lime Seasoning Chili Lime Seasoning
This mix is makes 5 3/4 teaspoons of spice mixture per batch and will cover a 1 to 1.5 lb piece of meat. You can multiply the recipe and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days due to the lime zest's shelf life. You can also make the mix without the lime zest and store in an airtight container then just add the lime zest to the spice mix before each use. lonnie muncy -

Copycat Skyline Chili Copycat Skyline Chili
I made this for the long delayed opening day of the Reds season. I used ground turkey in this apposed to all ground beef because I like the texture better for coney sauce and didn't want it to be too heavy. All beef and easily be used, I would just back off on some of the spices, ground turkey needs a little extra help in the flavor department. jason williams -

Classic Chili Classic Chili
This is the best-tasting chili that I've ever had. It's nothing adventurous -- just classic and delicious! For fun, add some toppings to your bowl! Some of my favorites include:- green onions- cilantro- home-made mac & cheese- Fritos corn chips- Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles potato chips (but go light! Their flavor can be over-powering)- shredded cheddar cheese- and of course regular sour creamMaybe don't try all those toppings at once, but in smaller combinations, they can be delicious! :-)schultzisaiah
