Steps

For pizza base:- in a bowl mix yeast and sugar in 3/4 cup warm water. Cover with lid and rest for 10 minutes. Mixture turns frothy. In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour and add salt into and mix well.

Prepare cavity in centre and pour yeast mixture. Mix it. Add oil and mix it. Add required water gradually and knead soft dough. Dust some flour on clean platform surface. Put dough and knead by stretch and fold method for atleast 7-10 minutes. Coat with oil, put into bowl, cover with lid or damp cloth. Put into warm place for one hour or until turns double in volume.

Then knead well again and divide into three equal parts. Make balls from them. Roll out thick roti from it. Dust little flour if needed while rolling. Prick with fork on all over its surface.

Bake into preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Pizza base is ready. Prepare all base like this.

For spinach Alfredo sauce:- In a pan heat butter. Add crushed garlic cloves and saute for sometime. Add all purpose flour and roast it well. Add milk gradually and mix it with hand beater. So lumps should not form. Cook till sauce thickens. Add heavy cream and mix well.

Add salt, black pepper powder and spinach. Mix well. Add grated cheese and mix well. Cook till cheese melts. Spinach Alfredo sauce is ready. (Mostly parmesan cheese is used. You can add whichever you have).

Take a pizza base. Apply prepared spinach Alfredo sauce on it. Spread mozzarella cheese on it. Sprinkle some chopped spinach on it. Bake into preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or until brown spots appears.

Delicious spinach Alfredo pizza is ready. Cut into pieces and serve.
