Healthy Paneer Sandwich

1) Take a thick paneer slice now in a non-stick pan fry it with butter until golden brown from both sides and keep aside in a plate. Now in the same pan add boiled sliced potato and 2-3pinch of salt and 2-3pinch red chilli powder and roast for 2-3mins now, make a sandwich out of them and add some tomato ketchup fried potatoes slices and add onion and tomato slices in between the thick panner slices. Enjoy!
