Steps

Wash and Soak chana overnight. In the morning add salt in it and Pressure cook for 10 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure release automatically.

Wash and chop onions, tomato, coriander leaves, capsicum and green chilli.

Add herbs in it and mix well. Add salt, black pepper and cumin seeds powder and mix.

Now add boiled chana and squeeze lemon juice and mix well. Healthy and nutritious chaat is ready to serve.
