1/4 cupMaida

Take mawa and add Maida in it.

Mash it properly until it will a smooth dough.

Make crack free ball. Heat oil in a pan fry the Gulabjamun on law flame until they turn brown.

Make 1 string sugar syrup. Add hot Gulabjamun in warm sugar syrup.
5

Wait for 1 hour and serve them.
