Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 1/2 cupkhoya
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add milk and boil it.

  2. 2

    Now add khoya add mix well

  3. 3

    Add Cardamom powder and mix again.

  4. 4

    Keep aside till it cool

  5. 5

    Now add into kulfi moulds

  6. 6

    Keep it in the freezer and wait for 7-8 hours.

  7. 7

    Enjoy
