  • 9large shrimp (gambas)
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1dried cayenne pepper
  • 1small bay leaf
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients: peel and slice the garlic. Heat a small pot or skillet over medium heat and add about 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil.

    When the oil is hot, add the cayenne pepper and garlic. Sauté until the garlic is lightly golden.

    Add the shrimp and bay leaf. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Enjoy this delicious dish!
