Crush biscuits in food processor to fine crumbs.

Add the butter and milk and spread them in a cheesecake tray. Don't forget to add a layer of greaseproof paper at the bottom.

Mix cheese,cream,eggs,vanilla and sugar untill combined well then pour over the biscuit layer.

Wrape the tray with aluminium foil from outside. Put the tray in a bigger one with boiled water filled to half. Bake for 45 minutes then turn off the heat and leave it inside oven for 15 minutes more.

Chill overnight or at least for 4 hours.

Take it out from the fridge. Add the blackberry sauce and serve.
