Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9" baking pan and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix to combine.
- 2
Pour out the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- 3
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the middle is pretty well set and the edges have begun to brown a bit.
- 4
Then let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 9 equal squares and serving. If you're making it in advance, then let it cool completely, slice it into squares and store it in a Tupperware in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- 5
To heat it up, we just place a damp paper towel over a square and microwave for about 45 seconds.
- 6
You can eat the leftovers cold or hot.

This is an easy breakfast bake I learnt from one of my friends. I fix my mixture at evening and put it in my fridge overnight because I use steal cut oats. You can use any kind of fruit I guess. My favourite is blueberries and cranberries :) Enjoy!! Junquo M Hill -

My kids have been loving baked oatmeal in their breakfast rotations lately and it's so simple to throw together this recipe and bake them on Sunday nights to have on hand for early school mornings. I bake this recipe in muffin tins, as they're more kid friendly and can be portable, but you could bake this in a 9x9" pan instead, for about the same amount of time. Christina -

I went on a rafting trip recently and on the way we stopped at this gas station on the way that had a cafe attached. I had this baked oatmeal that was outstanding. We had a busy day and didn’t get to eat until 3pm. The oatmeal fueled me for the whole day. I decided to start incorporating baked oatmeal into my weekly food routine. This recipe uses quick oats and baking mix from Kodiak cakes. I subbed in apple butter for flavor and moisture in lieu of eggs. For the milk and sweetness I used a pint of vanilla halo top. This batch gave me 12 servings Honeybeelifting -
