Grass Jelly and Hot Grass Jelly

Boil the water, then add the grass jelly powder.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Pour into a container and let cool for 1 hour.

Run a knife around the edge of the container and invert onto a bowl.

Drizzle with maple syrup (optional).

Serve.

Any leftover mixture not poured into a container can be enjoyed as hot grass jelly.
