  • 1.8 ozgrass jelly powder (50 grams)
  • 2 1/2 cupsboiling water (600 grams)

  1. 1

    Boil the water, then add the grass jelly powder.

    Stir well and turn off the heat.

    Pour into a container and let cool for 1 hour.

    Run a knife around the edge of the container and invert onto a bowl.

    Drizzle with maple syrup (optional).

    Serve.
