Vagharelo rotlo is a tempting, spicy and tangy kathiyawadi dish which is famous in all over Gujarat. It can be served in lunch or dinner with main course. You can make this dish with leftover Bajra rotla. Try this easy recipe at your home and enjoy with family.

Make rotla into small pieces with hand.

In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds. When splutters add chilli garlic ginger paste and saute for sometimes. Add chopped onion and saute till onion turns translucent. Add chopped tomato and cook until tomato softens.

Now add red garlic chutney and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhania jeera powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add beaten curd and mix well. (Keep flame low while adding curd).

Now add approximate 1 cup of water. Add salt and allow it to boil. When it comes to boil add Bajra rotla pieces and mix well.

Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Tempting vagarelo rotlo is ready to serve. Serve hot.
