I use the 5:30:7 method to tenderize the pork ribs. I think this is a technique from Fah Umi Yasin, thank you for the knowledge.
I happen to not have a pressure cooker, so here's how:
- Wash the pork ribs thoroughly
- In a pot, add water and the pork ribs. Once it starts boiling, count 5 minutes.
- Turn off the stove. Cover the pot and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Turn it back on, wait until it boils. Count 7 minutes.

Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the chopped pickled vegetables.

Put it in a pot, add water, and season to taste. Test the flavor.
