Ingredients

30 mins.

24 - 30 servings

1 boxwhite or yellow cake mix
1/2 c.milk
1/4 c.vegetable oil
2eggs
1 canfruit pie filling (I like cherry, but any fruit pie filling will do)
1/4 cmilk
2 c.confectioners sugar
2 tsp.vanilla extract

30 mins.

Mix the cake mix, milk, oil, and eggs and place in a jellyroll pan.

Spoon the pie filling overtop of the cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 30 mins.)

Make an icing by combining milk, confectioners sugar, and vanilla.

Drizzle icing overtop of fruit.
