  • 200 grice
  • 1scallion
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil

    Mix the eggs

    Cook the rice separately in a rice cooker

  3. 3

    Stir fry rice with scallions

  4. 4

    In another pan, oil the pan with olive oil and make omelette

    Wrap omelette on top of rice
