Take Brinjal give cuts on it and apply oil and Roast it on slow flame.

Cut all veggies, Peel out the brinjal once it's roast and cut it finely or mash it.

Now take oil in pan add rye and once it splutters add garlic, springonions and let it cook for about 2 mins,add tomatoes cook till it turns soft add all dry masalas and lastly add brinjal and cover it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Ready to serve.
