In a bowl add all ingredients.. coriander,salt,black pepper, coriander powder,cumin,red chilli powder,green chilli..

Add milk and mix well.

Then add egg and beat well.

For dough... Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead Kar ke soft dough ready karein using enough water.

Ab roti bail lain ghee lagake atta sprinkle karein ar roll Kar ke Pera bana lain

Roti bail lain ar garam tawa per dalein side change karein ghee lagein.

Egg mixture dalein ar pakny dain phir Aram se side change karny. Flame low rakhein.

Jab parath ready ho us ko 4 pieces ma cut Karein.

Serve karein Mango pickle,fresh balai aur tea sath..👌
