1st fry the oats till light golden brown color

Then keep it in a jar

Now in a pan add ghee

Then add dryfuits of your choice and fry for about 1 minute

Now add flakes seed and chia seed fry for about 1 min

Grind all ingredients

Take seedless dates and grind it

After that mix the dry ingredients with dates and make a dough

Then make the modak out of it
