Taka a small bowl or cup and combine together coffee sugar and water.

Now with the whisker or a spoon whisk it well till it changes colour and the texture is soft fluffy and creamy.

It will take about 8-10 mins.
Now take a glass and put some ice cubes then put the milk in glass and spread the coffee mixture on milk evenly.

Sprinkle some cocoa powder as per your choice.
So ready to serve chilled.
