Take a pan add two tablespoons of water & salt swirl the pan to mix the salt & water then add the almonds I used overnight soaked almonds. If you use instantly add more water to boil the almonds then roast it.

Dry roast it completely till salt is coated to almonds it hardly take 5 minutes

Now it’s ready I used less to post this but we can store it in more quantity for about a month in an airtight glass container once it is cool.never store immediately after you roast it it’s moisture may catch fungus. Completely air dry it then store it & enjoy. Kids would love to eat this way & adults may also enjoy as it has many health benefits..!
