Take meat with bone and some fat of goat

Take potatoes onion and garlic

Now mix salt into meat

Now take heavy bottom vessel and arrange all ingredients

First put fat on the bottom

Then place goat bones

Then put all potatoes and onion garlic into vessil

Now arrange meat and then green chillies and tomatoes

Tomatoes are optional if you like so use it other wise you can skip it

Now take some dough and place it in the top of the vessel then cover the lid and seal it properly

Now put tawa on flame and put your vessel on it first 10 minute cook on full flame then turn the flame very low and cook it about 2 1/2 to3 hour

After 3 hour meat become tender and ready to eat on this stage separate all veggies and meat then arrange into serving dish

Make some salad raita and enjoy with naan or chapati
