Falafel is a Mediterranean snack , which consists chickpeas as main ingredient along with some herbs. This plant based Patties are full of protein, fiber & other nutrients . You can pair this item with pita or rice or you can eat those as snack.
To make Falafel extra protein rich & nutritious, I have added some spinach & few ground nut to it .

Steps

First put all the ingredients in a blender/food processor to make a coarse paste.

Now take a small tennis ball size portion from the mixture & give it a patty/tikki like shape.

Now add little olive oil to a heated pan then shallow fry those patties both sides until golden brown.

Once all the Falafels are done.Serve with tzatziki dip or any other dip of your choice.
