Steps

Wash and prepare all ingredients by cutting to desired shapes (preferably large sizes)

In a pan,add little oil, add the crushed pepper, garlic & ginger and sauté for a some seconds.

Add in the carrots,green peas and sauté for a min and a half and then add in the prawns.

Add in some spices (I used thyme,black pepper,chicken seasoning) and add some water or stock and season to taste.

Allow the carrots and peas to cook and then thicken using corn flour to desired thickness, and add in the sweet pepper.

Serve over with some rice or desired side.
NB:Any vegetable can be uses not only the ones mentioned above.
